If you’ve been keeping up with my youtube updates, you’ll know that water fasting has been successful for me.
When I first started water fasting, I weighed 149 lbs. After one week, I weighed 143 lbs.
Yay! My version of water fasting works! :D Now the only thing that’s keeping me from sticking to it everyday…is me.
I started water fasting again this week, being successful for only one day. I got sick, so I’ve been drinking a lot of orange juice. And I had couple of sodas along the way. >_> FAIL!
Thankfully I’m not back up to 149 lbs. I never want to be near that number again. However, right now, I’m kinda pushing it… :(
Today’s weigh in: 146.6 lbs. :(
I’ll probably have more followers on youtube instead of tumblr, which is cool, but I’d still like to try this out! Let’s make this more personal y’all.
